Charlotte Warren is a former State Representative. She served for four terms in the Maine House of Representatives. She served on the Legislature’s Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee for eight years – six as the house chair. Warren previously served on the Judiciary Committee and as the house chair of Maine’s Mental Health Working Group and the house chair of the Commission to Examine Reestablishing Parole. Previous to her time in the legislature, Charlotte served as Mayor of the city of Hallowell.
Charlotte is a social worker and an educator. She is the owner and principal consultant for C Warren Consulting Services. Charlotte is a Trustee of the Greater Augusta Utility District, a board member of the Family Violence Project and Maine’s Prison Education Partnership Advisory Board. Charlotte is an Adjunct Professor at the University of New England and Colby College.
Charlotte earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UMF, a Master’s Degree in Education from USM, and a Master of Social Work degree from UNE. Charlotte lives in Hallowell with her best dog friend Tank.
